Dynamics GP & CRM Support Options

Every team member at Massey Consulting is dedicated to providing the highest level of support to our clients.  To that end, we provide multiple ways for clients to contact us with support requests and questions.  Below are three of those ways and we hope to add more soon.

customer support portal:

Take advantage of our new online customer support portal today!  Click here to go to the main login screen, input your information and create a support incident with details so we can better assist you.  Your incident message is then emailed to all support techs and someone will contact you.

phone support:

Call us at (919) 875-9635 and select option 2 if you receive the company voicemail.  A page is sent to our technicians to call the office and check the message.  If the call is long distance, clients may call (877) 875-9635.

email support:

Send an email to support@masseyconsulting.net by clicking on the linked address to the left.

Any email sent to our support address is paged out via text messaging to each consultants cell phone. This allows us to provide you with almost instantaneous support.

Live help from Technical Support Reps! How it works...

  1. Enter your 6-digit PIN code below and click on the "Connect" button.
  2. Get the quick download. The screen-sharing plug-in automatically downloads onto your computer.
  3. Meet your Technical Support Rep in real time. Your Technical Support Rep helps you directly on your computer, as if he or she were sitting right next to you.
  4. How? The screen-sharing plug-in lets both you and your Technical Support Rep communicate via a Chat window, see your computer screen, share your mouse and keyboard and draw on your screen using the special Whiteboard feature.
