Product Plan and Supply (hZ MRP)
Product Overview

Product Plan and Supply is the same as hZ Product Plan and Supply, one of several modules that comprises the Horizons Manufacturing Suite (HMS). Product Plan and Supply is the stand alone version of MRP that may be used in conjunction with the Microsoft Business Solutions modules Sales Order Processing, Inventory and Purchase Order in order to control inventory levels in a non-manufacturing situation.

Set reorder levels and minimum order levels in inventory and have Product Plan and Supply anticipate demand based on only inventory levels or include Sales Orders and Forecasts as well. Demand is tempered by consideration of on hand, allocation and what's on order. When all is analyzed, Product Plan and Supply will place purchase orders for quantities needed, through your choice of vendors.
