Massey Consulting was brought into our sales cycle by our Intacct representative as their recommended choice for Implementation I worked with Jim Stubanas, project manager, and Ian D’Amelio, consultant, during the implementation.
The time difference can make it a little tricky to organize a time to meet, but the good thing about it is we can work all day on something and hand it off to him, he works on it all night and we get the answer int he morning. I would definitely recommend Massey and mConnect.
It isn’t feasible to think about moving forward without the mConnect integration. I don’t even want to contemplate that. I guess we’d have to had to resort to writing something ourselves, but doing it as quickly or thoroughly would have been- questionable.
We look forward to reducing the time of end-of-month closings for our company, and the ability to focus on business growth instead.
The reporting capabilities and general efficiencies have won everyone over. There were some skeptics, however, they have all converted.

I would not even know that Intacct is cloud-based without being told. It responds as fast as if it’s here on premise. The only time I can tell it is cloud-based is when I go home and am still able to access my dashboard and reports.
